The Wisconsin Beef Council will be on-site to answer all your heart-burning questions and make some delicious, American Heart Association approved taco salads for us!

Choose from two 30-minute sessions (11 to 11:30 a.m. and 12 to 12:30 p.m.), with each featuring a cooking demonstration and valuable educational insights. 

This event will be held in the cafeteria, and it is FREE and open to staff and the public!

Don’t miss the opportunity to sample a delicious heart-healthy recipes.
